Fibromyalgia is often aggravated due to stress and strain and being sluggish. It might also cause due to lack of exercise. Doing exercise in daily routine, talking walk, can relieve pain. I would advise anyone to be wary of the grand claims made in this book. If what he's selling sounds too good to be true (and it does), then it probably is. Worth a read to see what he has to say, but take it with a grain of salt.
